+ Design build is a service PID has utilized for years. This is advantageous for any client. We coordinate with your company during test fits and conceptual plans. While construction drawings and engineering are in production, pricing is started to give preliminary costs of the proposed construction. Construction and construction administration is provided with oversight by the same company which generated the drawings - PID. This gives our clients one point of contact for coordination. More importantly, it’s cost beneficial to the project budget and construction timeframe.
